i want a laptop that costs like $600 and maybe a $1000 dollar one if there's a good way to save up fast.

You mush have or be willing to do something that someone else is willing to give you money for.
This can be anything from selling something at a pawn shop to trading your labor for money.
There is always a way to earn money in a legal manner in this country if you look hard enough. Find the person who sells the laptops and find out how much work you could trade for a free laptop.

Quick money without a job? The only things that come to mind are illegal.. Get a job and save up like most of us would do.. Don't get a job and credit card and charge it.. It will cost you more over the long haul and you'll appreciate all the hard work you did..
