Is it a monopoly, duopoly or an oligopoly?

Please help as it is important.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I was told by the Doc's office there would only be a 50 dollar copay per visit, and now my insurance company says I will be responsible for thousands that they are not paying.

They sent the checks for their portion of the payment to me. If I am already going to be thousands in the hole, shouldn't I just keep those checks or can a person REALLY go to jail for that.

If it is just a collections thing, I will already have that when I can't pay my portion.

What do you thinnk?

and clare was there and told her what is going on. me and clare have decided that the situation is ridiculous. basically, as i have explainded before, clare works in the local college. her employers are lieing behind her back, saying to me that she doesn't work there. i know now, the facts. because i spoke to clare at the college on the phone this morning. clare is doing a course for the college, but have hidden the fact's from m. basically the college is making that clare keeps all of her student/peer relationship at a professional level. me an clare more than accquintances, we've had dinner together, i've brought things for her, she's helped me with my studies in the past and shared her past work with her. the point is, they (the college) are lieing behind her back, when she's not even told them too. what is the my best course of action. clare said to me this morning that she was going to speak with the boss and clare has said she doesn't mind or have a problem with me in the college

Recently I applied for a policy through a broker and changed my mind a few days later. They still charged my card took my money and have held it hostage for almost a month now.I know the reason behind holding my money is so they can earn interest on it.Not fair! Customer service with this company is super bad.(look them up in the BBB site.)They also claim that they turned down my application for a policy...I had cancled the application first! Now it's going to look bad on my (HI) record!!!!!!!!!!!

I wrote a check that is post-dated for Saturday January 27, 2007 and I guess the other party tried to cash it, and my bank charged me with a fee. But because of post date, shouldn't you not be able to cash it, and the bank shouldn't be nailing me with a fee?
