Best not to if you want them to remain friends.

Now what good will be gained from giving attitude?

Be the better person and walk away and go to another business to get what you want. That is the best way to hurt them.

you don't need to give attitude, you could just offer suggestions to the employer and just b/c you have a friend that works there doesn't mean that you should be treated w/ disrespect f/ your friends co-worker. if you come at the employer w/ a chip on your shoulder chances are s/he is more than likely to ignore everything you say and just get pissy right back. Try using diplomacy instead.

Not at work, just be professional. There should be a grievance procedure, you should be able to talk to your supervisor or someone in confidence and figure out how to deal with it.
If the attitude runs through the company you're better off looking for work elsewhere. Its a stupid thing to have to put up with in this day and age, this isn't Victorian England!

You do have the right but you should think about the results of your actions. If giving attitude back ends up causing yourself or your friend more problems then best just rise above it.

You could sink to their level and show you are as rude as they are, or you could quite calmly go to a supervisor and calmly file a complaint.

More info needed. Also you are on dodgy ground these days as you are likely to be sued.
