There are two startling ommissions from the Forbes list.
The already mentioned Sultan of Brunei
And Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. Head of the Dubai royal family who is estemated to be worth $28 Billion
Aparently Forbes do not list people who are also heads of state which may be why these two are not on the list.
