What is the reasoning behind a banks' decision to charge higher interest rates for used cars vs. new cars? It's a secure loan anyways. I've always thought that a higher interest rate protects the bank in case u have bad credit because the risk is higher, which I understand totally... but what does a car's age or mileage have to do with interest rates? The risk is protected by the loan value.

I was wondering if it was known how much traffic a commercial website must have (per-day, per-month, etc) for companies to become interested in advertising on that website. For example, let's say a small start-up company created and ran a website for its business, what would it take for advertisers to want to advertise on that website? Any help would be greatly appreciated

I'm considering purchasing something from an overseas seller who has opted to use Yahoo! Finance to help us with the transaction.
The guy who has my case with Yahoo! is very short with his responses to me and uses words like "reprezentant" to describe himself.
It's a lot of money (at least to me) to be wiring across the world when i don't have confidence in the people i'm dealing with, has anyone else had good or bad experiences with yahoo! Finance that they could share with me please.

Thanks!

Jake

I got a new cell #. I am continously getting calls from RTO to collect a debt (for a person I have never heard of). I told them wrong #, but they persist in calling - sometimes 7 or 8 times a day. They are rude/crude. I have contacted Sprint, but they haven't offered a solution.
