This is a very important issue of Scam Busters because it alerts you to a scam that is spreading *extremely* quickly - can easily cost you $24100 or more, and is difficult to avoid unless you are aware of it. We'd like to thank Verizon for bringing this scam to our attention. This scam has also been identified by the National Fraud Information Center and is costing victims a lot of money. There are lots of different permutations of this scam, but HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:

I live in missouri. I am planing on starting a small ebay. do i need a Business Licence or Tax ID or anything? Also if it all goes well I am going to open a website. Is there a way to solve this on excel?

I know that I can set two manual equations to each other but the problem is way too big and complicated to do by hand. I think excel is the way she wants us to solve it anyway. Please help!

My brother in law past away almost a month ago. He had about $40,000 from a settlement. He was in the hospital about 5 months ago and the bill is about $33,000. He put my mother in law as his benificiary so is she responsible for this hospital bill? I know she wants to keep the money, but wont the hospital come looking to her to pay this bill, or would they even know that he had this money??

i have deposit a check of $950.00 into my checking account last friday, my chase bank have hold my check eversince, it been 5 days now, i could not use my money, i have call them and ask them when are they going to release my deposit check, thay said they will release it today but i still have a negative balance on my account, usually when i deposit a check i can use it instanely within the next bussiness day, but now i can't use my money and they have not notify me that they are holding my check, then they charge me $100.00 for insufficient fund, i call them and talk but they said i shouldn't check on the deposit split that it writen "further review may result in delayed of this deposit", but i get that message on my receipt everytime i deposit a check, they did not notice me or send me any notification by mail, now they are not giving me back my $100.00, and my deposit check still have not been release!!! please give me and advice of what to do, thankyou very much for all your time
