im an individual who would like to start up his own national or even worldwide lottery to help this world be a better place, make people and myself richer and happier. i have no experience on the subject, so any help is very much appreciated. if the idea is legally acceptable i will make it into a big success. looking forward to getting some feedback. thanks people

I have a DVD that contains a barcode I made thru my UCC membership. The DVD is selling well on Amazon. Today, I tried to take the DVD to a local video store that buys and sells used DVDs, just to get it on a store shelf. The store clerk said he couldn't accept the DVD, because when he scanned it's barcode, it didn't show up in the computer system. So, how do I get my DVD, which is only sold on Amazon and my site, to show up "in the system".

I find they do not answer questions not answered in the information they give, although they give a lot of information. For instance, according to the Wed., 30th August, 2006 results email, I won two prizes totalling $1,010,000.00, or 2,010,000.00 if a third prize listed is included, although I cannot understand how. I was listed as PENDING. I submitted claim, but questions I asked, or explanations I sought were not answered. So I am wondering whether this is a reputable company. Thanks for your answer.
