Well, it all depends on what they are doing!

For nonskilled labor - that is a person doing heavy cleanup or moving stuff around - probably around $8.00 per hour.

For someone with some skills that is a helper, probably $10.00 per hour. That is someone working towards a journeymans licence as in plumbing and so forth, but has a bit of time to go before they themselves become licenced.

Well, carpenters and so forth I suppose you are not talking about. But entry-level for them will be around $20.00 per hour.

I am sure there are illegals working for less - I am talking about citizens here.

not sure about your question but the mininum wage is $5.15 per hour i think. someone in construction would definately make more per hour but it depends on the company they are working for and what type of construction. that is, a brick layer, for example would make a pretty good wage. you could try to find out at usa dept of labor online. good luck to you!
