A warranty is "insurance" from a manufacturer that will repair or replace broken or malfunctioning parts or merchandise.
A guarantee is a promise that an item should be free from defect and work properly within usage guidelines set by the manufacturer.

warranty say for one year can be replaced after that they cant,guaantee is almost similar to warranty in that they guarantee its trademark and ur given a definite period

garrunty means it wont break
warrunty means if it breaks u get a new one
