I have a online business and i made the same mistake once-You can just white it out and write in the new address-Wont be a problem-Ive even shipped out packages when 2 days later than the date on the label-So dont worry all will be ok.

You wont be covered under the PayPal Buyer-Seller insurance program but sure you can. Or, you can just the new address on another blank label or sheet of paper taped to the package. Make SURE you get an online tracking number in case the buyer wants a chargeback. It's worth the 45 cents but PayPal will not cover you if that customer is trying to scam you. Read the PayPal terms and conditions. I got stuck doing that once but only once!!!

Yes the address doesn't matter....but you might opt for white-out instead of scratching it off ;*P
