I cannot believe that they are in right one .please notify that they are fraud or not and they are sending e-mails claiming about that I have won a pize amount of 100000$.

They seem to be an advertising site. I clicked on the "policy" link near the bottom of the page and It gives a page with menus explaining some of the features. A quick scan seemed to indicate that some prizes are pooled where they are not given until the pool reaches a certain size.

do not release private info ever. look up there isp number and see who they really are and report them to their service providers!
