You do have to pay it, but first make sure it is actually your bill. If there is a phone number, I would call them first and find out why it took so long to bill. That's a really long time to wait to bill a patient.

Well if I were you, just to be "Safe" I'd pay it.. But, I heard that creditors, dont discriminate, over, Medical bills, debts... If thats what your worried about, I did hear that they make exceptions to the rules, when it comes to medical bills, only! Good-Luck, to you.....
