I'm going to give a WORST customer service award out every year...

Who should I give the first one out to? And why?

AOL completely ripped me off. There billing practices are so messed up. It took about three or four months to cancel the service.

Its not just customer service... The whole damn company sucks !!

"CAPITAL ONE"

Treated us, by far, the worst than any other company !! They may be a BIG company but they got there by pure luck for they are the biggest morons I have had to deal with yet in my life.

Whether its the credit card division or the financing part... They screwed up BIG TIME and need to apologize !

Stay away from anything that has to do with "capital one" !
