This is a good message for the Costumer Service Representative, in order for them to understand the Value of a Costumer.

But it is not good for this Sign to be Posted in the Public Eye, since it will give a wrong notion that the costumer who does not complain as unimportant while it may Encourage people to complain even with the slightest defect.

These type of message should be posted inside a call center where they receive calls 99% complains.

I have never seen such a sign. I think it would be a bad idea. It almost encourages customers to complain. Some people are so rude and inconsiderate, on their own, that they already make outrageous complaints.
It would be better to hang a Suggestions box near the entrance.
I made a complaint in a grocery store, once. The woman acknowledged the problem then said we're not going to do anything about it. I quit shopping there.

I've never seen that posted but it's an excellent statement. If your customers are not happy and they tell you about it, you have a chance to improve and make them happy. You'll end up with even more customers. If they're not happy and don't tell anyone, they usually just don't come back. It's definitely worth listening to complaints, even tons of them, if it helps your company give the customers what they want.
