Nugan Hand Bank used to do this sort of thing, but I haven't had contact with them in years. If you own your house outright, most any conventional lender will loan money to someone with so-so credit.

I have no idea which money lender is the best in Australia.
But I think it's easier to find one:
posting a need on lender hub or classifieds, let lenders contact you.
I guess it's more easier to find the best lender among many lenders.
