I need to pay for some genealogy research. I want to send dollars and have it paid in Germany in Euros. To wire it would cost $40 dollars, that's too expensive. Is there any other way?

This was my Grandparents tree. It is vintage, I would guess the 1950's. It is still in the box, and all the limbs are individually wrapped in paper tubes.

This guy had my last name with is not associated with my private email account. He says that he will split the money with me. I am a handyman that sees an opportunity in a niche market. As a condition of sale for many home sales, the buyer asks that certain deficiencies be remedied. I'd like to target RE agents, and print on my business cards that I specialize in remediation of these deficiencies. The problem is that I can't find a concise way of saying it.

here is my situation...

I had a roomate whom lived with me for 3 months. she signed a one year lease and didn't give me a dime the whole time she was here. But because she signed a 1 year lease can i hold her accountable for half a years rent?? i know that i could in most cases but this one is a little different. I'm not sure if i can hold her responsible because my grandmother co-signed for the apartment. and also because she is a minor. when she moved in she told me she was 18 but it turns out she doesn't turn 18 untill november. Because of this i'm not sure if i can hold her or her parents responsible, because any contract signed by a minor is null and void. but it's technically a leasing agreement and not a "contract" right?? i don't know what to do. can u let me know if i can infact hold her responsible?

i just changed banks, check this out. bank of america charged me 100 dollars for the privilage of having my account checked by the state of california . this took a nano second for the states computer to exchange info with bank of americas computer. yet im charged 100 bucks. now being a man of modest means and limited income this fee caused me to become overdrawn....wait it gets worse... i had three transactions prior to the fee which are being called overdraws by bank of america....now i will be charge 35 dollars for each of those so when i get paid again in two weeks im allready 150 bucks in the hole to bank of america....
people do not bank with bank of america they do not care for the hard working american all they are worried aboput is how to make a profit even if they have to steal it from their customers.

I live in Canada and I want to buy rims off eBay from the US. The total cost for the set with shipping to Canada is $1445.44. The same rims in Canada cost $4000.00 Everytime I buy something from eBay, UPS charges me a Brokerage C.O.D. fee. Is there a way to avoid that fee? If I have the package delivered to a local UPS store and I pick up the product myself, will the C.O.D. fee be avoided?
