MY g/f charges $65.00 to be on the job and &8.00 an hour till the job is done!

It depends on how big the site is that you have to clean up. And be prepared because it is a very hard job to do. Be prepared to deal with heavy competition as this field is becoming saturated so you will have to beat your competition to the job. It is possible with a little creative marketing that it will work. If you see it's not working try to go back to the drawing board and come up with a niche service. Something that no one else offers such as maybe decorating the place after clean up or shampoo the carpet.
