i have the address as being 1133-650W georgia st vancouver BC V6B4P6. i was scammed out of 2500.00 by an international claims agent known as linda michaels 905-966-5527.this is not nytechs number if nytech exists. if i get the real number they have an earful coming. please dont do the stupid thing that i did and send any money. you have won nothing. just stress. i will involve local and state authorities as soon as i get the"check" back . i will stop this person or persons involved while i fight to keep my house and food on the table. another life lesson that really sucks!!

Would I be considered an import broker? What are the terms of agreement between manufacturer and me and Buyer or retailer and me? Also, can I charge a fee to manuf. for being the intermediary? How do I prevent the retailer from going directly to the manufacturer?

I don't want to register the company because I won't make enough money to pay the taxes anyway. I just want to do something seasonal and make a little money, and I don't want check made out to my real name for security reasons. If I have the customers make out the check to the company name that I have chosen, will I be able to cash the checks/money orders? Thanks for your help.

I will be graduating College in December. Right now my girlfriend and I are paying 1005/month in rent, yes I know, thats a lot.
I am graduating with a B.S. in Criminal Justice and I dont know where I will be working in the next year or so. We hate it that we spend so much on rent when we could own. Do you have any advice? I work full -time too which is why we could own.

Hello-

I had a client who owed me $1200 shaft me out of $450, they sent a check for $750, which I deposited today (4:30 PM PDT). I'm a web designer and it was bad timing on their part not to wait until they had the files to do this, I'm taking their site down and taking them to court to get my money. My question is how long do I have before they can issue a stop payment and keep me from keeping the $750. The money should post to my account tomorrow, but I want to make sure they won't be able to issue a stop and have it reversed out, right before I tell them to shove it. FYI I bank at Wells Fargo they bank through a credit union that filters throuh bank one.

I am the primary care taker for my parents and work full time. I am not married. I take care of my parents, and now my failing aunt. I need a few extra dollars a day to help pay for some additional help. I am using volunteers and church help during the day, but I can't always be there in the evening and week-ends. I really don't have any additional family to ask for help and I am tapping my friends as much as I feel I can. A few dollars a week would really help. If any one can spear it. My time and resources are really tapped out. My neighbor shares his computer with me and suggested I put the word out to see if there are a few charitable people out there.

I have recently created a non-profit corporation. The purpose is to help women stuck in life controlling issues like prostitution, addiction, abuse, homelessness, etc. transform their live. We have seen wonderful success, but need additional funding to continue providing food, clothing, transportation, professional counseling, education, etc.
