restaurant manager for 24 years and i think if i can make millions of dollars for other companies i sure can do it for myself. I am also looking for investors and angels. If anyone have information to help me or can put me in the right direction i would greatly appreciate it. HELP ME PLEASE!!!! I am tired of working for people who don't appreciate me, and making millions for others and not for myself. I also have an associates degree in business management.

I ordered an X-Files Box-Set off HMV.co.uk almost a month ago. On the website they promised delivery in a maximum of 5 working days. 6 working days later, after checking my mailbox every other day, I mailed them to let them know it hadnt come. They mailed back asking me to wait another 10 days before getting back to them. I waited 15 and then mailed them again.....no answer. Last Friday I mailed them giving proof of purchase and address (my bank statement with the transaction on it). Needless to say, the STILL havent got back. Who do i report this to? Anything I can do to get my money back or something? I purchased it with a debit (not a credit) card so I dont have payment protection.

I have recently returned from working abroad, and now all my money is in Dollars. Do I wait and see if the exchange rate improves or just cut my losses and change it now. Will the Dollar improve to the levels we saw in March/April, (1.73), as oppossed to now (1.90) the difference of a few hundred Pounds in my case!

I work in a construction office. Recently I was hired for a position that had not existed prior to my employment. My main job duties are Change Orders and Change Order follow up. The project engineer was resonsible for change orders, but was unable to keep up with the change orders after business started picking up. When I took over the Change Orders I discovered that the person before me had fallen months behind and following up was nonexistant.
Please tell me how you have logged your follow ups and tracked change order status. Also I would love to see sample "dialogue" or faxes/letters. How do you push without being too pushy and get results?

my car note is 472 a month for a 2005 taurus
i dont want the car anymore i cant afford it and i dont think it worth
it now
wells fargo told my to try and sell it i went to carmax they offered
me 10000 that is the payoff amount for my car but i will still owe wells fargo 10000 interest rate or somethin
so even if i give the car back because I CANT AFFORD IT they still
want me to pay 472 for a car i am not driving isnt that stupid i giving it back cause i cant afford it anymore... i can pay half of it a month but not all wells fargo said i still have to pay the whole 472
