Difficult to answer by the way you phrased the question. We know Bill gates (over $56 billion) is rated as number one and Buffet is second. That is if who ever ranks them really knows. Do they really? How about the Emir Of Kuwait who by his political position owns over $200 billion worth of oil empire, and, do not forget the Saudis Kingdom. Then there are some in the Far East who do not grant any interview with Forbes. Much of their financial empires are built behind many trusts just to keep nosy reporters away. By the way, Trump is a nobody when we talk about serious mega bucks. Immensely wealthy compared to most of us but not even close in the world arena. He just makes a lot of noise because he is a promoter.
