Be confident. Its a kind of formal interview just to read your mind and your intention of going there. Even if you have all the documents ready supporting, the slightest fear they sense while you answering may attract them to deny the visa.
Do not fear...because they are not going to kill you.
Feel superior when you talk to them. Yes, we are superior.
If you have your small daughter or son, take him / her with you. Tell them, if they ask, I can not spare them.
If you have a sun glass, wear it, keep the sun glass on your head, as if you are stylish.
Above all be confident, and always, implicitly during the interview, reassure that you life in India is far better than anywhere else.

I think they conduct a strip and cavity search first, then u are subjected to listening to S Club 7, and watch countless episodes of neighbours reruns....

first thing they look for is ur body language..buddy if u are nervous u are DONE ...
so be confident and reply TRUTHFULLY ...
keep you documents ready ... your income papers bank statements property papers etc...
U ve gotta prove to them basically that you wouldnt settle down there and u d come back for sure
so be urself and relax
