Juggling school and work?

School gets out at 3pm, and I have to be in work by 4! I don't get out of work til about 10:30 pm! How do I get my homework and projects done! I need the job, and i can't work just weekends! What should I do?

You must make a decision about which is more important, the money from the job, or the grades. In the long run, the grades are MUCH more important than the money you make on a part-time job. Maybe ask your employer if you can work fewer days or fewer hours? If not, quit the job, and focus on your grades.
