Bars and places not accessible to minors, I would assume are exempt from such a law if it exists for the area.

How do you know when to fight to the bitter end or when to let it go and just move on? This case involves a failure to pay full wages. The employer attends my church and is part of my outer cirle of aquaintences and we have several mutual friends. Fighting requires alot of my time and attention, involvement of government agencies and possible court procedures.......moving on means monetary losses for me and my family.

I have a 403B, and I put 10% into it from payroll deductions, but its not accessible until I am old. If I need money right away for something like a roof leak or a car part. I have a savings account thru my credit union, but I don't know how much I should be putting into this account. I make $26. per hour.

I brought a vehicle 4 months ago and have had several problems with the truck. The sellers knew of this problem and at the time of buying they agreed to a 2 year contract. But there is nothing on my contract which states that we have one. We did not find this out until we had a problem with the transmission. They told us to drop the truck off at this place and come to find out he was running game all along. They are not going ot fix our truck and we only had it for 4 months. We are refinancing the truck and of course the bank already gave them the money. But on the buyers giude they never marked off if it was an as is sale or warranty. Which leads to me to believe this was a setup. And before we put down the down payment we made sure they were going to give us this warranty. What are my options?
