Should these persons be able to speak Russian?

Would this delegation be in Zurich anyway? What's the aim?

I have banking experience, partly also with Basle2. However, I would recommend to contact the specialists of one of the two largest Swiss banks - UBS or Credit Suisse.

Russian speakers, resident in Zurich, with banking background? I think it will be cheaper to hire someone in Moscow and fly them in for the job...
