People that recieve a low income or are paid very poorly so then they cannot be blessed with the better things in life. II am not sure the exact income that is borderline low income but im sure someone will answer that part.

Low income= not much money earned. I'd say less than 30,000 dollars earned. (but this is an estimate..depends on alot of things..like how many are in the family too).

the canadian government decided it was less than 33 thousand a year.
i am low income i make 14 thousand. i can't afford to buy a place and have a car to get to work. i can't even afford one or the other. everything i make goes to rent to my mom ( i live at home still because i don't make enough to move out)

I couldn't give you an exact number.....but if your living pay check to pay check just to get by thats considered low income.
