Where i can get the Current price for Companies Shares

I live in an apartment where I am obligated to pay 15% of the gas and city bill every quarter. I got the first bill at the beginning of January and the amount he is asking for is insane! I sent a letter to him at the beginning of January asking for a copy of the bills and telling him I would pay him as soon as I recieved the copies. I did not hear anything from him. So with Feb. rent I sent a similar request, in which I said I did not expect to pay late fees since the issue is in his hands. Still nothing. I do not believe this request is unreasonable. I am afraid he is just going to wait for another month or two and send me another bill with late fees. I have talked to a former tenant of his recently and found out he is pretty much a crook. What should I do? Just pay him and be screwed?

my husband and I are seperated but trying to work things out. He informed my his parents were making an offer on a house for us. I told him I was not comfortable with that type of arrangement..due to the fact that he had absolutely no details on the interest rate, how much we would pay per month to his mom and dad and the plan was to "flip it" and we will make some money???? My husband did not know what percent of the profit we will receive and what percent of the profit his mom and dad are to receive? First of all i am not to happy about entering this arrangement and be controled on all remodeling decisions. Also...he wants 15000 from me towards some of the remodeling. He says I am missing out on a wonderful investment opportunity and I am making a big mistake. Am I?

I have a mortgage and a HELOC on a house which I used to purchase a 2nd house in the hope of selling this house within a 3 months time frame. Time is almost up, so I have to either refinance the house and rent it, or short sale, or foreclosure. I am aware of the ramifications of the latter choices especially since I just purchased a second home. I need help in making a decision - and soon!!

I graduated with a non-accounting degree and now I am thinking of becoming a CPA because of interest in my current professional position. Unfortunately I do not have a single accouting course in both my undergraduate and graduate studies. I know I need some accounting courses in addition to the CPA exams and so I am looking how to fulfill the course requirements in the most fastest and cheapest way possible. Since I am working full time, I want to know if taking any exams like subject GRE in accounting will give me some of the course credits necessary for meeting the accounting course requirements? If not what are other ways to obtain this course credits part-time? By the way I am looking for getting licensed in Michigan or Ohio.

This company calls quiet often even though I have told them to stop because I never had an credit account with this company and if I did it is way past the statute of limitation. They want me to prove I don't owe money instead of them proving I do. I ask for evidence and get nothing. I think they are tryin to rip off elferly because they think we are stupid
