It depends on your situation. If you got divorced you should have addressed this with a QDRO agreement that would have entitled you to part of what the pension was worth when you divorced. Absent that you should have as part of the settlement agreement aclause that would give you future rights.
Absent this you would not be entitled to any of the pension.
You may be entitled to a social security benefit but you can't remarry before age 60.

Check with the government department of pensions. They have a 1-800 number. Check the blue pages of the telephone book.
