At which point in the interview process or after I am hired should I tell them about the restraining order she has against me?

Sarah’s Flower Designs is a fledgling, home-based business in Madison, Wisconsin, consisting of three employees. Sarah, the owner, handles all of the floral arrangements. Her assistant, Mark, handles the purchasing of flowers, related materials, and takes telephone and walk-in orders from customers. Mark also keeps the financial and client records in order. Kim is the delivery driver and makes local deliveries to homes and businesses.

Sarah’s Flower Designs is looking to upgrade its computer system (an older model PC) to help keep up with the growing demand of their customers. They would like to house their client information and order histories on their new system, as well as bill their customers electronically. They also want Kim to have a way to keep track of customer addresses and specific delivery instructions while she is on the road. What IT recommendations would you make for Sarah’s Flower Designs?

for 7 months I can put all my income and pay off all of them by October because my husband makes enough to pay everything else. If I move, we will probably both be making just enough to pay the bills and not pay off any credit cards. However, I really want to move and have been wanting to move for awhile now.(only 4 hrs away). What should I do?

I was reimbursed for TUITION and BOOKS only, and I've spent a lot more money on fees (registration, technology etc. )(over $1000). I'm wondering if I can use the Lifetime Learning credit in this situation ? LLC is clearly applicable to fees, tuition, and books, according to the IRS.

Either in June or July I am going on a trip to Florida & I am starting to save up my money ever week when I get my paycheck from my job. ( part time job and I'm at 8 dollars an hour). How much money do you think I need to take out of my paycheck to save so I can have a few hundred of dollars worth for spending money when I go to Florida....also keep in mind that I have car insurance which is 230 dollars every month and 30 dollars for my cell phone bill every month, and 30 dollars every other week for gas....How much money should I save and keep for this trip? Thanks.

my question is that I'm buying my father's house due to his personal financial situation and he will continue living there paying less than my monthly mortgage payments. can I pay him a property mangement fee and have it legally tax deductible? EXAMPLE - my monthly payment will be $865. He will be paying $700 per month (loss of $165 per month). I want to pay him a property management fee of $105 per month (losses totaling $265 per month). can this $265 be written off along with all other deductions allowed by the IRS?

I worked hard and moved a dealy messy job forward. But a top manager often yelling at me. A white girl who later joined the team who jeolous how much my clients liked me, and the fact I was wining a award for that project (they have to give to me because my job was too great). Her analytical ability is total not at my level, but she is being very unreasonable and portraid me as all my great work was a lie and she is the saver for the project. I am very nice and shy person. Later, I did complaint to my imediate manager, but he flip everything over and stand on her side instead. This girl intended hide all the data that she generated (I alway open all my data and analytical process). After she get control of all the data, she fearlessly lie/made up data to make me looks stupid. I suggeted this to my manager. He flip everything over again to favor this girl and I become the bad one. I was publicly yelling at/inhunimated by a top manager... I am terribly sick... Shou I sue them?
