In a motor vehicle accident, I received a settlement for personal injury. Is the portion that is noted as wage loss/medical to be claimed on my income taxes as other income? Is it the full amount and what documents do I attach to support it?

The first apartment I lived in which was with a roomate claims we owe them over 1,000 dollars due to not cleaning the apartment well enough when moving out. And the second apartment with a roomate was a broken lease, and owe them over 2,000. My question is how due you pay off these debts with your roomates? Do they divid it equally among us to pay? And what if you haven't even spoken and don't know one of the roomates wherabouts to have them pay therre share?

Im 26 and I have a pretty good stable job. Me and my buddies planning on getting a loan for a house but i never bought a house before and i really dont know how it works. My credit is not really bad but it's not very good. I wondered how its like for a loan company to treat a first time buyer especially when its a couple of single young guys ownin the house not a family person. His credit is like mine also. We dont have down payments on a house or anything. All we have is a good paying job that we can afford the monthly payments. So does that mean there's no way for us to own a house and that we have to safe until we're in our 40's for a down payment? Oh yeah, we live in southern california so we need atleast a 600 thousand dollar house cus I know 200 thousand dollar house probably get us a garage here in So Cali.

I have just posted my very first question asking people to evaluate my website but I have been informed by one B-ball_ki that this constitutes breaking of Yahoo's question and answer policy.

If someone can provide some clarification about the posting of websites or what constitutes spamming I am most coachable.

It is a pity that B-ball_ki didn't take into consideration all the questions I stopped to answer along the way as well.

Nonetheless it would be most helpful if someone can provide clarification on this matter.

Thank You.
