I would do the very best job I could- I would want to shine. If my employer then failed to see I was worth more, I would continue to shine, but start looking for one who would. Sooner or later, I would find one, and I'd move up.

You are working for yourself, selling your own product... yourself. Don't make it a crappy product, or it won't be worth $10, and a better job will not come your way.

you know i am a good worker and have been employee of the month a few times in the past but lately i seem to be doing more work cause the 2 new girls are lazy and always talking so i feel all the extra work i do isn't appriciated so i now work like they do if they see you can do more work they will expect more from you and i feel like i;m being taken advantage of for 11.00 dollars an hour if i got paid more yea i'd do more and even with a little pat on the back or a little compliment on my work would be nice until then i will be like the other 2 lazy *sses.

I always work so hard that Ive never been fired and all of my past employers know it would take two people to replace me.A good friend taught me that many years ago when he was in the military,when he left that job it took three people to replace him and the base had a congressional investigation to find out why.

Well, I work for $11.00 and can't take it anymore. However, I work very hard and honestly no one wants my position because you are tide down and hardly get lunch etc. I'm finally going to look elsewhere because now I believe i'm being used. It's scary but i'm suppose to leave at the end of Feb. Eventually, you get tired and want something more for yourself so go for it. Makes sure to weigh your options.

well 10 bucks a hr is not bad pay these days.You should work hard at what ever pay you get that's what makes a good employee.I work as a Cashier and Secretary and make 8 hr I don't think it;s bad pay but not the Greatest either.
