If so, what was your experience?
i'm working a 9 to 6 , one hour lunch... but i'm working real far from my home it takes me an hour to get to work and then to get home, I learned a lot here but I cant take it any more, I'm over worked. I came in this position with backed up work from the girls before me then I had this project that took almost my full attention for 3 months so that was more backed up work then they gave me more work froma girl that had to leave the company because of a death in the family! And if that is not enough I work closely with the girl who trained me, and I dont know wha her problem is but she always trying to "throw me under the bus" she points outs things that I might over look and sends annoying e-mails cc' ing my Boss. Everyday becomes harder for me to concentrate or get up and drive that 1 hour to get to work. Most of the time I work late so I get home at about 8 or 7:30... I recently got married so this is actually not helping me at all.

We are in our 40's and have our own business. Yes its stressful working with each other, but that's a whole different topic, the problem is my husband doesn't want to work, we have others working for us and they keep the money coming in. I work in/on the business every day 24/7 it seems. He definately is not putting as much time/effort into this as I am - I SOOOO WANT TO FIRE him, but I personally need his income. How can I motivate him to get involved?

My position with the company is Office Manager. I have gotten the same amount for a bonus the last 4 years. I understand that it's the employers choice to give a bonus or not. I am grateful for what I did get. To me cutting the bonus with no explaination tells me I have done a bad job this year. He also cut the other secretaries bonus. I know the company had an average year. I just don't understand.

My girl and I want to buy a house together - we are legally married, we want to sock away a couple hundred a month for a few years. She is thinking doing a 401k and borrowing against the 401k is better then putting money in a CD or a mutual fund. While you save on taxes on the 401k's income during the "saving" period, you have to pay it back....I dont think its worth the bother.....She doesnt work, I have a pension plan that does not allow borrowing. I've got open ears for suggestions.

Ok, i have a TON of cd's they are burnt, but they are in perfect condition and they have the tracklisting, and 2 nintendo 64 game controllers and 3 games.I had took them 2 the pawn shop where i live but either it was closed juss cuz it was saturday, or it was closed 4 good, i haven't had time 2 call yet and find out.Anyway i REALLY REALLY REALLY need $40 by thursday and i was wondering if anyone knew where i could take them 2 get the money by thursday? At this time of year, it's fairly common practise to go out and buy presents for friends and family. Still, it's hard to keep track of how much you're spending as you go from shop to shop over the weekend. When I go to the cashpoint to check how much I've got left in the bank, it doesn't get updated until Tuesday (well Monday at midnight to be precise) leaving me wondering whether I can afford to buy a particular present or not. Why can't the amount remaining in your account be updated instantly, even over the weekend? And no, I don't have the time to collect the receipts and go through my account of an evening.
