Alternatively 01506 831782 which is a standard 'landline' number so would be included in your 'free minutes' package if you have one.
If your question isn't urgent, and you're getting nowhere on the phone, I'd suggest you give up and write a letter. It'll be much quicker and less stressful than waiting on the phone!
