If I'm going to have to go bankrupt anyway, should I just stop paying? Or is it important that I talk to a lawyer right away? I'm too busy working to deal with this right now! Will this only make my situation worse or will it be the same? Could I just stop paying for awhile? We got a quote of $250/hour from someone and that seems to steep, so I wondered what the going rate is for an IT person of this skill level.

These don’t need to have the exact skills outlined below, but someone is that realm (i.e. not a basic pc helpdesk guy).

Thanx in advnce

Insurance
Pay,
Work environment
etc.

I used to work for Wal Mart & I thin they've gone down hill a bit sense Sam Walton (founder) died.
But they have improved as far as promotions for women.
In my day, if a man was hired as a cashier, it would be only a month or so till he was promoted to Cashier manager. Very few women were ever given the position. They seem to be fair about that now.

I'm looking for a cheap web-based CRM solution that I and about 3 or 4 others can use for managing sponsorship / advertising relationships for a small club that I run. Something like Salesforce would be great, but I imagine that it is more than we want to spend. Any ideas? Thanks...

I discovered a service charge from Chase Bank, which was explained to us as a Federal regulation rather than a regulation imposed by Chase. Is this true? Where can I verify this? I obviously cannot ask the bank because I am not sure they are telling me the truth!

I do not have relatives who are well off or overly willing to co-sign a small business loan with me. My own credit is crap and I am unable to work a second job because I need to take care of my kids. I have a solid business plan, budget, and experience in the field. Any suggestions on getting money for start up.

I am a university student in Chester, England. I simply don't have the time to go out and get a part time job, it wouldn't be practical. And no, I'm not lazy!!

I wanted something I could maybe do on the internet, apart from online surveys!

I can't find much, and I know alot turns out to be a scam, or you don't get paid.

Any advice or info?

Thanks in advance!

Hi,
I recently just recieved a large settlement from a car accident. I was wondering if it would be ok if I had my lawyer make the check out in my grandmother's name so she can deposit it in her checking account. If not, is there a way for me to put a large check that is in my name into her checking account? Thanks!

Is Trader Joe's like the Walmart of the natural food world in regards to keeping their prices low by using shady business practices with their suppliers? Like walmart will become the only supplier of a companies product and then will tell that company that if they want to keep their market they will now be selling the item to them at whatever price walmart names.

In Illinois, ComEd is raising our rates between 20% and 50% starting on January 1. Since I don't have a choice, I have to get stuck with paying the bill no matter how much I hate this because there is no competition.

Why is it that ComEd continues to put up billboards, TV commercials, and even buy space at the United Center (where the Bulls play) if we cannot pick another utility company anyways? When I see these, it just makes me more upset when I have to be reminded of my rates going up.
