Hi Guys,

Looking for a Gas Cash Back Credit Card as I drive quite a bit. Here are my requirements:

1. no annual fee/charge
2. visa/mastercard
3. 3% or higher on gas charges (no time limit)
4. Cash rebate on other purchases as well (restaurant, shopping, etc.)

My husband and I are getting divorced. he left me with bills I can't afford. I'm in danger of losing my home and I know I can afford to pay on the mortgage itself and the utilities with only my income but I couldn't possibly afford a second mortgage payment too. I've been thinking of bankruptcy because he has everything behind and I am in debt I never knew existed. Is there any way for me to keep thje house without paying 2 mortgages? Any suggestions?

i bust my *** at my job, work twice as hard as anyone else, and i know FOR A FACT, that everyone there (including ppl we JUST hired) are making almost 2 x the amount i'm making. The infrastructure, essential amenities and facilities in Pune are on the verge of collapse. Roads are pathetic, pollution is terrible, electric supply is erratic, public transport totally inadequate, connectivity is poor and travelling a nighmare, weather is worsening day by day, traffic is haphazard, greenery is vanishing and there are hardly any public facilities like gardens and parks. The prices of real estate are too high and not commensurate with the Quality of Life. Why are people ready to pay so much? Are they getting value for their money? Are the prices just hyped up due to speculation or are they genuine? Will the prices of real estate in Pune fall in the near future once people realise they are not getting value for money in terms of quality of life?

i recived a settlement check from a car accident i was in in january, do i have to pay taxes on that money?
like do i have to put it as xtra income!
it was only 6,500.00..
do they decuct it from my initial refund? How does that work!

I saw that a friend of mine is getting wages garnished from her check from her employer. Her total is gonna be like $4000.00. What does this mean exactly and what are some things that she could have done for this to happen? I am not going to ask her because I know she isn't going to tell me.

I have a company saying that I am using my email name illegally because they have it registered as a trademark. Their website has a copyright of 2004-2006. I have been using my name since the early 90's and have been with yahoo since 2000. The US Trademark Electronic Search System - part of the US patent & Trademark office - does not come up with anything for this name being registered. This compay does not include a persons name to contact to fix this plus they have not given me any proof that I am doing anything wrong. They want me to stop using my email immediately or will take legal action. I said no until I see some proof but should I be worried or does this sound like a hoax?

I have been working since I was 15 years old. I had my daughter with my girlfriend of 4 years when I turned 19. I worked full time and took care of my family, and this left little time for college, so the jobs I have worked have been not which I consider career choices and are not going to put my girl through college, so I am now working part time at a restaurant making tips and going to a community college. My girlfriend and I split up 2 years ago and I have struggled to land a career with a good company so I can be a good role model for my kid and also support myself. I feel like I am 26 going on 19, and maybe the military give me a respectable status as well as enough money to get a college education. I am bored with my job, and I only get to see my daughter 2 weekends per month. I dont feel I am living the life of a 26 year old man. Some guys my age own houses and have started families. I want my daughter to have a father who is proud of himself, and maybe this time away can be o.k

i am a biology major in college and am looking for a credit card that will best suit me as i need to pay for certain fees. i have an income of appx $7000 per year from a part time job. what type or company of credit card would be best suited for me.
