Whats the best Gas Cash Back Credit Card?

Hi Guys,

Looking for a Gas Cash Back Credit Card as I drive quite a bit. Here are my requirements:

1. no annual fee/charge
2. visa/mastercard
3. 3% or higher on gas charges (no time limit)
4. Cash rebate on other purchases as well (restaurant, shopping, etc.)

sams club or even walmart gift card no charges plus 5 cents off per gallon at any walmart or sams club gas station

For the first 12 months, the Driver's Edge card is tough to beat at 6% cash back plus one cent for every mile driven. After a year it drops down to 3%, but by then the cash back credit card landscape will probably have changed and you'll want to re-evaluate anyway.
