Am an advertising agent for alocal hotel, and we wish to change that term wedding package to something more exciting and business like. suggestions plz

Hi, I have to pay the outstanding balance on a car finance agreement whihc is approx £5k. I have exhausted all ways to recover this through an insurance policy and now need to face up to paying it.
I'm reluctant to take out a loan to pay off a loan as I recall this is financial suicide. Sensible suggestions welcomed - many thanks. Steve

I worked until midnight tonight and I have to be back at work for 7am-11am and then 4pm-8pm. I normally do split shifts on the weekends so that doesn't bother me. Is it illegal that my employer isn't giving me much time between my shift tonight and in the morning?

I dont know if you remember but I am the one with the simple assault conviction from 2003 that asked the question about going on with my life and getting a better job. Well some of you said I should try moving to a different state. Well I did that and Im here in GA now. And I have an 8 year old son. I was just offered a job part time that pays 8 dollars an hour. My son is currently in the state where I use to live. Arrangements were made for him to stay there until Christmas until I get on feet. But now my family wants me to come and get him now. Ive only been here for a month and a half. Im going to get my son. But when I get done bringing in 300 dollars a week and paying childcare, rent, utilities, food, and gas expenses; I dont see 300 dollars stretching that far. I dont know what to do the devil will not when this battle. Thats why I need some of you GOD fearing people out there to offer me the best advice possible. I only want serious answers this is not a joke!

On a house title. The verbage used. Is it created specifically for each individual person and or property? Or are titles usually a "fill in the blank" type of form that Title Companies use. For example, do they assume people are married or do they ask for proof? Who gives the information to the Title Company? The buyer or the real estate salesperson?
Do you have to specify which type of title you want (joint tenancy with the right of survivorship, tenancy in common, community property, etc)?
