At present ,I dont think its worth doing BCA.I feel that if u take B.sc Computers,it would be better becoz u would have better exposure and will be more versatile in this competetive world.Later based on ur intrest u can do further courses.e.g MCA,Msc IT,VSLN technology in madras(if u r in india).

well BCA is a good course for a start ,it is called a professional course but to get a job in computer you should do MCA from a good college then only you can become a good computer engineer.
