If you are in the USA and 60 years old or older, contact ( the department of aging ), you can probably get it free . Look up the department of aging on your PC. I do not have the link to it. Get the phone number there and call them. There is also a place called DOERS, I do not have the phone number.

got one for mom. it was thirty $ / month. but medicare had one for 20$ / month. the catch was they call their own ambulance at some ridiculous price.
