I would like to move into the HR field, but even entry-level positions require 3-5 years of experience. How do I get experience if nobody will give me a shot?

My mom has her CDL and is looking for a good company to work for that doesn't require that much road experience... She is currently working for a company called C.R. I'm considering a change to something totally different and was thinking of doing into the funeral services. I've never ever seen a position advertised for this profession. Where would I start if really did take the leap and go for it (apart from writing to funeral homes, unless that's the only option)?

Mortgage is "due" on the first of each month. I don't have cash flow to pay it until the 12th of each month. Assuming that I am never later than that, I always beat the late fee assessment which would come on payments after the 15th. Does perpetually paying in this fashion have any negatives as far as credit, etc.? (Suppose I did it like this every month for a 30 year mortgage . . .)

I have been saving my reciepts from my prescription drugs, and copayments, and other out of pocket medical expenses. I have spent a good amount of money on medical expenses. Will it be worth adding to my taxes? how much do you have to have for it to count?

My ex-husband and I are both co-borrowers on a mortgage. I want to re-finance the mortgage in my name only (I have excellent credit with a good debt-to-income ratio, so this shouldn't be a problem as far as my credit is concerned). I would like to re-finance for about $15,000 more than my current mortgage, so I can use the extra funds to "buy him out" of the mortgage. He has agreed to this. We currently have $40,000 in equity. Do mortgage companies allow you to have a higher mortgage and "cash out" the remaining funds (in this case roughly $15,000)?

I really want to get a property but i'm not sure what to do? Is it best to do it alone and get 100% mortgage or should you try to do a joint ownership with someone but risk them wanting to sell when u dont want too? Shared ownership is the cheapest way but its a government scheme which i'm sure is flawed - u cant ever rent your room out (& i a want to have the option to travel later)! Is there someone in the same position or who has done it alone and knows what to advise? let me know your thoughts!

My boss has this impression that I make so much money and everytime either he has a meeting with me or I set one up with him he begins by talking about it. Do you think he does this so that I don't ask for more money? It's annoying. Half the time I just want to meet with him to go over things other than money!

I do have one office worker who always " cries' and brings many reasons not to work when an assignment is given. He knows only to talk,how to make us laough. How can i make this man to work his assignments with responsibility. I don't want to dismiss him for some reason.
