Anyone experienced this? How much of your time did this consume? - given the fact that besides the MBA, one is still a full time employee....
Was it worth it?

i was considering this, but i realized that recruiters were not too hot about the online degree. i suggest you go to a school for an online degree, but also with a strong traditional school brand such as duke online. i believe they do not put online degree on your transcript and you are treated like any other graduate from duke university. you can also try indiana university, a top 20 school in the US.

The best way is to set your criteria for your MBA and then have a look at all universities. there are plenty of websites on the internet where you can find and compare a lot of universties
