Do Wal-Mart's business practices raise or lower our standard-of-living? Quality of Life?

Is Wal-Mart's business strategy fair?
I think of Wal-Mart the same way I think of Microsoft...I call it Monopoly,

1--Their business strategies unfair, however I do not disagree with their practices, but I do disagree the way the government handle both companies.

2--"The Standard of living refers to the quality and quantity of goods and services available to people" (Not to be confused with Quality of Life)

3-- Wal-Mart offers convenience, a variety of selection, low prices for the people and bankruptcy for small, independent Small businesses who can't compete with Wal-Mart's Prices.

I work with a girl I can not stand. Now she has been made my temporary boss. I have tried being openminded, but I just can't stand anything about her. There are only 3 people in the office so I can't aviod her. She is extremely bossy, and is always nosing around in my work. It's not necessary since I do a good job, and get everything I need to done. I'm trying to be positive here... any suggestions?

If you go late in 2000 and then the creditor charges off your account in 2001, then the creditor sells to another company in 2002 who reports at that time a new fee which is the original plus additional collection charges. In 2004 the 2nd company sells to a 3rd company who again adds more charges and reports it late in 2004. When does the 7 years expire on ALL of these? Will ALL of them be removed in 2007 when the initial debtor's record is removed or simply the original one while the other 2 stay?

Anyone out there who had a chance to get early on a company developing a new product but chose not to and then had that company/product go on to be huge?
