Im planning to build a litlle hotel in canada and need an estimated price per square meter, just aprx

Sorry but that is impossible to answer, in any way.

The obvious reasons why it is impossible to answer are

Where, are you building,
what, are you building
when, are you building
how, are you building
and how fast do you want it finished, and these are just the basics
Then you have to deal with legal costs, soft costs, money costs, and a whole array of issues with site preperation, design issues and environmental issues.

Can you see how impossible it is to give you any form of an educated average, because in all answer there is going to be a large margin of error to the degree that the answer becomes redundant and useless.

The manner in which you could find some indications is to go to the location where you intend to build and do some preliminary research in that area, regarding typical site prep cost, rezoning, issues, legal fees, availability of trades and supplies etc etc.
