I do have one office worker who always " cries' and brings many reasons not to work when an assignment is given. He knows only to talk,how to make us laough. How can i make this man to work his assignments with responsibility. I don't want to dismiss him for some reason.

If he continues to not work to the fullest potential then you may need to let them go. My company is very big on diversity you may need to find a different approach when dealing with him to find out what his motivators are.

Is he salaried?

Assignment + deadline. Not paid for hours or presence as a salaried employee...paid for getting the job done. No excuses.

Try reverse psychology. If he doesn't want to work, then tell him over and over again that he shouldn't work so that he'll have no future and anything...you know, the ironic terms and phrases...My Dad often does that to his officemates and its really effective...
