I am wanting to purchace a bigger home and I do not want to sale the house I have a mortage on now. I would like to use the house as a rental property. That way the renters would pay the current mortage and I could use the money I am paying out now toward the new home.

i had a dept with a bank over 10 years ago and a dept collectors agency have recently traced me. do i have to pay the dept. i have never spoken to the bank about the dept and i had forgotten all about it until i received a letter from the dept collectors. if i do have to pay something could i get it reduced as i have nothing left each month as i've now got 2 kids and a morgage and other depts i've got to pay off.

A Christian ministry wishes to acquire another Christian ministry. Both are 501(c)(3) organizations. The acquired ministry is to become a division of the acquiring ministry and the Founder of the acquired ministry will be made an employee of that division. Can the Founder of the acquired ministry legally "sell" his ministry to the other, rather than just being acquired by contract and merging it in as a new division? My accountant thinks not, but I'd like a second opinion. If a 501(c)(3) were sold then obviously someone would have to pocket the proceeds. My accountant says that would be a violation of the 501(c)(3) prohibitions on personal inurement. True or no?

I've already looked at the gov's copyright and trademark websites, yet am still unclear about "exclusive rights." I'd like to register a trademark as a business name for a greeting card line, but how do I copyright any poems or writing contained in each card? Do I have to copyright EACH poem, or is this within the "Exclusive Rights" protection law?

My husband has been looking for a project management job in the Chicago Metro area and seems to only getting inquiries from headhunters that ask for his resume and then he never hears from them again. If he follows up on the contact they get nasty and say they will contact him if he is qualified. His resume looks great and he is qualified for the positions he applies for.

Does anyone think they have any jobs to offer? Does anyone else blame this on Blago? We do. I am just curious of what other peoples experience with this is.

please think about this:
if some person worked one month for 1.000$ and with such money he buy Plazma TV, in fact after the exchange of labor he in fact has worked one month to make Plazma TV and the seller of PlazmaTV has worked one month to make 1.000$. Am I right?
