As silly as this sounds, I think the most rewarding jobs don't pay much, because you get paid by something so much better then money. A lot of the most rewarding jobs, has to do with helping people in some way or another, and the reward you get to know you helped them so so mcuh is better then any amount of money can do!

Depends on ur view point and what u really mean by that...If there is a greater supply on the market compared to the demand, then the pay is less but as long as ur productivity is very high you are well paid. Some jobs require experience before you could get a good salary. Knowledge, skills and maturity along with a great deal of discipline and confidentiality are the requisites....

for a couple of reasons. first, because they're rewarding, and so people do them because they love them, not because they want scads of money. so they don't demand scads of money, like other people do, and so they don't GET scads of money. secondly, because many of the most rewarding jobs are also the most common ones-- things like nursing, teaching, police work, etc, all those absolutly essential jobs we can't possibly live without, which are rewarding because they ARE necessary and they DO contribute to life and society. but because they're common, a) we can't AFFORD to pay that many people a high salary, and b) many people are trained for them, so if one person gets fed up and quits, another can be hired.

Society is messed up. We pay a professional basketball player 100 million a year to throw a ball in a hoop. Yet most of our fireman are volunteers and can't get enough money to sustain their equipment. Just blame it on the moral decline of society, and when the chips finally fall. People will be wondering why they can't get help, when they need it, but they can turn the TV on and see the game.

I do not agree. Took a pay cut to do a job once and it was the worst Job ever. The less you get paid, the worse people treat you. When you charge more for your work you get more respect
