The strict vigilance by RBI and other monitoring Agency the credit provider wants a security for the credit and all relevant data for prosecution if credit card holder became a Defaulter.Hence they need a S.B Account with them Or Surety from Million er tor the same.Also they are investigating the credentials of the customer.Do try to get the card you may not succeed.

most all credit card companies will issue a card if you are credit worthy. That's what they do for a living is issue credit cards. Providian is a good choice if you have shaky or no credit yes the rate is high, but you can build your rating.

Try Providian. THey charge astronomical rates, but they will give you a credit line.
