Try searching the online job sites such as Monster.com, CareerBuilder.com, etc. for online editor positions. Ensure that your resume lists your editing experience.

Hope this helps!

I would fire her and report her to preditors and editors. This means she's extremely unreliable and she is threatening to give other things away. Where do you find her? Online? If so, don't go looking online to find editors and such. There are so many frauds out there it's almost unbelievable. Your better choice would be to use a grammar elitist you know or even an English college professor or creative writing teacher who would like to take the time to help you. But if you paid her, she owes you some serious coinage.

Try G2Bay. This is a social networking site where people help each other make and save money. People post their photos, blogs, news, product and service reviews and talk about the stocks they own. Every user gets a Million Dollar Page where advertisers pay to find the right customers. This is a no-spam site where people have to pay $1 to send an email. This is a totally legit site with no joining fees, no credit cards. Also you can list classifieds for free. This is a place where your editing skills can really be useful.
