the question was: can i be on the deed when my fiance' buys a house for us? to clarify: she has good credit, mine is crap. i will not be a co-borrower on the loan. not being a co-borrower, can i still be on the deed? also, if i can be on the deed, do i get any responsibility or rights when it pertains to the house? i hope so. and will it affect my credit at all? by the way, we will be married within the year. i will be paying for 1/2 the mortgage, and will paying the down payment/closing costs. help! i don't want to get screwed, and neither does she........though we are not planning on that! lol

I hate when I do that. And I have snot all in my nose becaues I forgot to blow my nose, so on my way to work, I have to pick my nose, and I want to wash my hands, but then I meet somebody before hand, and I shake her hand. And your cell phone battery was not recharged.

I am a babysitter for a blended family and a mixed race couple (mom is white/dad is black). Yesturday the mom called me and said that she had concerns that I was racist and the kids have been complaining about me. Now, I have never had complaints for as long as I have been a babysitter (14 years) and I am definately not racist. I am as left wing and liberal as they come, and now I feel uncomfortable being there because of these acccusations. She wont tell me what I did to cause them to think this about me, or allow me to ask her husband because he told her not to say anything. I am really uncomfortable there now, and I dont know what to do.

I am investing in Canadian mining stocks through the pink sheets rather than buying the stocks on the Canadian exchange due for convience purposes. (I live overseas and don't have much time to spend on the phone with a broker) What happens if the Canadian company applies for the AMEX or NASDAQ exchange and gets it? Is the pink sheet stock automatically upgraded to the AMEX or NASDAQ or NYSE exchange or is a completely new security created for the new exchange?
