OK. Let me start by saying it is NOT my debt or anyone related to me. Apparently the person has the same last name as me. They called my houst on tuesday looking for this person and i asked them to be removed. they called me again last night and were extrmemly rude. When I asked to speak to a manager the girl rudely said he was on the line. He broke in the call. Refused to give me their names, where the were calling and what they were calling about. the number came up blocked on the ID. I want to file a complaint. They also left a mesage on my machine yesterday afternoon. When i called the number to ask why they were calling they hung up on me. When i called back again to figure out what was going on. they refused to give me any information unless i gave them my full name. THey were extremely rude and hung up on me again. Has anyone ever filed a complaint with a collections agency and how did you go about doing it? THIS IS NOT MY DEBT. I DID NOT CO-SIGN and DON'T KNOW THIS PERSON

Is there anything my father can do?
My dad was required by FEMA to complete a test for some crisis management for work. He did and submitted the information. They sent him his certificate in the mail but some ****** at FEMA put his entire name along with his social security number on the outside of the envelope for everyone to see. I was outraged as was my father. I thought he should call FEMA or even the police. Any postal worker could have written that down. What should we do? My father feels that its too late.

for a reason to make me look bad, to my other employees and to clients. I'd get rid of him but he's the best employee I have as far as quality goes. I'v talked to him but he always trys to talk his way out of it. Some clients like him and others can't stand him. should i fire him? any other ideas?

My superior and my partner(colleague who is also my senior in terms of length of service) is having an affair. Well.. I know it is non of my business and I really don't care. I love my job and hope to advance further but it seems that my partner gets all the attention, opportunities etc.. Initially I thought I was just too sensitive but recently my other colleagues of the same level notice that there are favourtism going on.. (but not the ones who are higher ranking than my superior) Some even asked me why didn't I get equal opportunities, not wanting to complicate matters, I would just brush off their questions or just act clueless abt it... I felt so depressed thinking abt it. Especially in some areas I know I'm more capable and have so much to offer to the company. I would appreciate if anybody could suggest any resonable solution to my problem. Thanks in advance.

In my business, I am very often bent over forward and, well, violated by my customers. Home Depot has a dandy machine the will do the same thing. They call it the Automated Rectal Intruder 2000. My thought is, should I simply cut to the chase, as it were, and invest in one. Renting is an attractive option ( less cash tied up) but the time spent cleaning the unit before return is considerable. They are SO fussy about that. If I buy it, then I can depreciate the cost over 5 years. What do you think?

I have been going through a rough time. I just lost my dad not to long ago and I also lost my grandpa. I l haven’t work for 2 years now. I spent the entire last year helping family. Right now I’m still helping my family but i just can’t seem to find a job. I’m so discourage. I try not to lose hope but its hard, I applied for jobs where I am more than qualified and I don’t even get a call for interview. I have two bachelors (1 in Marketing and 1 bachelor in business and system analysis).

I’m not sure of myself anymore. I’m not even sure if I will be able to get back on the work force anymore. Mom tells me not to loose hope and not give up. She tells me not to destroy what I have built. Lately I wonder if I even built something and if something was built it is probably destroyed for good. I can’t sleep anymore like I use to, I’m fighting not to fall in a depression. I am a mess right now. I prayed like crazy for help but no answers.
