I closed back in december of 2005. The seller who happens to be my dad. Hasn't moved out yet. He was paying me my mortgage but till a couple months ago I had to pay out of my pocket. Over a grand a month now. I told him I planned on selling it and I was having a realtor come in to look at the house. He told me that, that wasn't going to happen. I was like yea right....I do plan on going there on the schedule date to have it looked at. But if he refuses to let me into my own home then what is there to do? any suggestions? can i back out of the mortage since the seller hasnt moved out yet?

Is the auto-usage expense for back and forth between my home and working place tax-deductable? Thanks!

I am looking for a copy of a wonderlick test and answer key to practice with. I really don't want to have to buy anything. I tried Google and washed out. The only thing I can find is for $40. This test is being used by alot of employers these days. I have already taken it twice, but never was able to find out which questions I had right or wrong. That is very frustrating!!

I'm a junior in college and I need a good paying job that will allow me to make a living (rent, utilities, other bills, groceries, etc.) My mom is trying to kick me out the house when school start (August 23). Help!!! Where can I work? I want to work from home but everything seems like a scam. But I need a job that's going to work around my school schedule. A late schedule job (third shift or second) is fine with me too.
